Isi Oteze

Isi Oteze has a strong background in project and program management, strategy and operations, and technical support. They started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at EMC in 2001 and worked in that role until 2019. They then joined Dell Technologies in 2019 and held two positions during their time there. As a Senior Advisor, they were responsible for implementing automation and developing KPI dashboards, facilitating workshops for employee engagement, and leading a cross-functional team to promote innovation. In 2023, Isi Oteze joined FocalPoint as a Certified Business and Executive Coach, where they empower business leaders to achieve balance, growth, and financial freedom through coaching and goal setting.

Isi Oteze has a diverse education and certification history. In 1989, they enrolled at the University of Benin and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, General in 1993. Later, in 2016 and 2017, Isi attended Boston University Metropolitan College, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.

Aside from their formal education, Isi has also acquired several certifications. In 2000, they obtained the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA. In 2014, Isi obtained the Information Storage Associate Version 2 certification from Dell EMC. Additionally, in 2018, they earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, Isi completed the Skills for Success program from Dale Carnegie Training in July 2021.
