Michelle Conway

Michelle Conway has a diverse work experience. Michelle is currently working as a FocalPoint Business Coach at FocalPoint since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential Financial for a significant period, starting in September 1991 and ending in May 2021. During their time at Prudential Financial, they held the position of Vice President and was responsible for supporting leaders in strategy development and implementation, achieving growth objectives, implementing funding appropriations, and leading the communications team to establish effective two-way communication between leaders and associates.

Michelle Conway completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Before their university studies, they attended James Caldwell High School from 1977 to 1980, but is not known if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during that time. In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle obtained two additional certifications. Michelle received a certification in FocalPoint Business Coaching from FocalPoint in October 2021, and earlier in June 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from George Washington University.
