Stephen Doyle Jr.

Stephen Doyle Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephen started their career in 1997 at Meritor, where they worked for over 19 years in Materials Engineering, specializing in castings, forgings, and heat treatments. In 2016, they joined Professional Business Coaching, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer, where they provided business coaching, consulting, and leadership development. In the same year, they also joined FocalPoint as a Master Business Coach, helping various professionals maximize productivity and reduce stress. Recently, in 2021, they became a Podcast Co-Host for the Blue-Collar BS Podcast.

Stephen Doyle Jr. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Science from Schoolcraft College, attending from 2000 to 2001. Before attending Schoolcraft College, they pursued Materials Engineering at Wayne State University from 1998 to 2000 and at Michigan Technological University from 1996 to 1998, although they did not obtain a degree from either institution.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Stephen obtained their Certified Master Business Coach certification from FocalPoint in April 2023. Prior to that, they achieved the TTI SI Prioritized Leader Master Certified certification from TTI Success Insights in August 2021. Stephen also holds the Navigational Conversation Licensed Facilitator certification from Leadscape Learning, acquired in May 2019. In March 2019, they obtained the Certifed Professional Emotional Intelligence Analyst certification from TTI Success Insights, followed by the Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Motivators Analyst certifications in February 2018. Finally, in December 2016, they obtained their Certified Business Coach certification from FocalPoint International.
