Chanell Bryan

Chanell Bryan is the Educational Director at our 20 Sutter Avenue Educational Center in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. She is a career specialist in Early Childhood Education, with more than 15 years of continuous professional experience, expertise and progressive responsibility in the field.

Before assuming this position, Ms. Bryan had previously served as Director of the Infant/Toddler program and Assistant Director for Preschool at our 36 Ford Street Center. She is also a former Pre-K Lead Teacher in that program, and has formerly served as a public-school teacher in the Elementary Grades with the New York City Department of Education.

Ms. Bryan obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Hartford, and her Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. She holds the New York State Teacher Professional Certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth – Grade 2), and is currently pursuing advanced professional certifications in both School Building Leadership and School District Leadership.
