Ihno Köhnemann

Ihno Köhnemann has extensive work experience in the field of quality management. Ihno currently holds the position of Head of Quality Management at FOCKE & CO since April 2019. Prior to their current position, they worked at The Manitowoc Company as Supplier & Project Quality from September 2012 to March 2019. Before that, they were employed at LINDE + WIEMANN Group as a Quality Engineering from July 2008 to August 2012.

Ihno Köhnemann obtained a Business Trainer degree from KompetenzKompanie in the year 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they completed a Business Coach program at CERTYCOACH. From 2020 to 2021, Ihno studied at Hochschule Schmalkalden and obtained a degree in Business Process Management.

Before attending Hochschule Schmalkalden, Ihno pursued a diplom degree in engineering, specializing in mechanical engineering, from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven, which they completed between 2003 and 2008. In the period of 1999 and 2002, Ihno completed a Konstruktionsmechaniker program at Rolf Janssen GmbH.

In addition to their formal education, Ihno Köhnemann obtained several certifications. Specifically, they became a Life & Business Coach from CERTYCOACH in November 2022. Ihno also obtained the certification of Business Process Manager (FH) from Hochschule Schmalkalden in September 2021. Furthermore, they earned the certification of Leitender Auditor ISO 9001 (IRCA) - 3rd Party Auditor from VOREST AG in March 2021. Lastly, Ihno achieved the diploma degree of Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) Maschinenbau from Hochschule Emden/Leer in August 2008.
