Julia Harbour is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Engagement at Focus Brands LLC since May 2021. Previously, Julia held several positions at Focus Brands, including Customer Engagement Manager for Specialty Brands and Marketing Manager for Digital & Loyalty at Jamba.
