Liz Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Liz started their career in 2008 as a Design Editor and Editorial Cartoonist at The Huntington News. Liz then went on to work as a Graphic Design Co-op at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2010. In the same year, they also worked as an Art Intern at Improper Bostonian. Liz then joined North Street as a Junior Designer for a brief period in 2011 before becoming a Design Coordinator at Marcus Linial Presents from 2012 to 2013. Liz also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Frank Collective from 2013 to 2014.
In 2014, Liz joined Poppin as a Graphic Designer and stayed there until 2016. During this time, they also started working as a Career Adviser at Savannah College of Art and Design in 2016. Liz continued their journey at the institution as a Content Manager from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Focus Lab, where they currently hold the role of Content Marketing Manager.
Throughout their career, Liz has demonstrated their skills in graphic design and content management, both as a freelancer and as a part of various organizations.
Liz Kelley obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Northeastern University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they pursued a study in Printmaking at Studio Arts Center International. In 2015, Liz attended General Assembly to enhance their skills in User Experience Design. Additionally, in May 2023, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot Academy.
