Vincent J. Gratch

Vincent J. Gratch, Esq. is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at The Colony Group, LLC since September 2000, Vincent ensures adherence to federal and state securities laws while fulfilling fiduciary obligations to clients. Prior to this role, Vincent contributed as a Chief Compliance Officer and as an Associate Financial Counselor, where responsibilities included managing client relationships in areas such as financial, investment, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives. Vincent's public service experience includes serving as a Legislator for the 35th District in Oneida County from January 1994 to January 1996, becoming the youngest and first Independent elected to the position. Vincent holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School, focusing on public policy.
