Max Cote

Max Cote has diverse work experience in the field of technology. Max started their career as an Information Technology Administrator at The Gagnon Group, LLC in February 2015. In this role, they led and performed quality assurance testing procedures for the company's new GagnonWare SAAS application. Max also carried out database administration tasks, such as designing tables in SQL Server and building views and stored procedures in Oracle Linux 6. Additionally, Max developed a web-based application using Visual Studio and ASP.

Later, in October 2017, Max joined Secure Networks as a Computer Support Technician, where they provided technical support to users until July 2019.

Following that, Max joined Focus Technology in July 2019 as a Help Desk Engineer, handling various IT support tasks. Max was then promoted to the role of Senior Helpdesk Engineer in August 2021, taking on more responsibilities. Most recently, Max holds the position of Security Engineer at Focus Technology, starting in July 2022.
