Melissa Charest has a strong background in project management and coordination, with experience spanning multiple companies. Melissa is currently a Project Manager at Focus Technology, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NWN Corporation from December 2020 to June 2022 as a Project Manager, and from August 2017 to December 2020 as a Project Coordinator. Before NWN Corporation, Melissa served as a Project Coordinator for Service Implementation at Access Point, Inc. from October 2015 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Bandwidth.com, including Project Manager from December 2013 to October 2015, Technical Writer from August 2012 to December 2013, and Internet Support Services Specialist from October 2010 to February 2012. Melissa's career began at Bandwidth.com in 2008, where they worked as an Internet Support Services specialist until 2010. Prior to this, they were an Order Analyst for the inetwork division at Bandwidth.com from February 2012 to August 2012.

Melissa Charest, CSM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational-Public/Public-Interpersonal Communication at Appalachian State University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2013.
