Hatty Fawcett

Hatty Fawcett has several years of experience in various roles within the business and startup industry. Hatty has worked as a coach and investor introducer at Focused For Business since 2014, where they help prepare early-stage and small businesses for equity investment. At Startup Funding Club, they served as a Talent Spotter from 2015 to 2023, assisting promising early-stage businesses in securing funding. From 2018 to 2022, Hatty worked as an AllBright Ambassador at AllBright. Additionally, they served as a Regional Manager at Angels Den from 2015 to 2022, helping businesses find funding opportunities. Hatty has also held positions such as Peer Board Chair at The Boardroom UK from 2016 to 2020 and Mentor at the First Bourne Accelerator Programme from 2016 to 2017. In 2010, they founded Seek & Adore, an online marketplace supporting British designer-makers. Prior to that, Hatty worked as the Head of Marketing at Woolworths.co.uk and the Marketing Director at Moonpig.com.

Hatty Fawcett has an extensive education history. In 1982, they attended Lady Margaret School, where they obtained 3 "A" levels, 9 "O" levels, and served as the Head Girl. In 1992, Hatty earned a Higher Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Hatty then pursued marketing studies, obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1994 and a Diploma in Marketing in 1995. Hatty continued their education at Imperial College London from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Business. In 2021, Hatty attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Venture Finance Programme. Additionally, they became a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a qualification they held from 2008 to 2020.
