Nodira Khoussainova

Nodira Khoussainova has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nodira is currently the Co-founder & CEO of focused, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Streamlit in June 2018, where they served as a Co-Founder until March 2019. Nodira also worked at Twitter as a Staff Software Engineer from February 2015 to June 2018, and as a Software Engineer II from November 2012 to February 2015. Before joining Twitter, they had internships at Google as a Research Intern in January 2008 and as a Research intern from June 2007 to September 2007. Nodira began their career as an Intern at Microsoft Research from January 2005 to May 2005.

Nodira Khoussainova obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Washington, studying from 2005 to 2011.
