Adam Sisson

Adam Sisson is currently a Business Analyst at FocustApps. Prior to this, they were with Software Management, LLC from September 2020 to September 2021 as an Information Technology Business Analyst. There, they fostered relationships between the Software Team, Customer Support, Operations, and clients providing KY County Clerks and Chief Deputies tax and online land record software across the state. Adam also led product backlog cleanups working with the Product Owner and provided coaching to the team using Agile ceremonies. In addition, they prepared application training for the Customer Support team to equip them for answering client questions. Furthermore, they revised dated product technical user manuals and assisted with minor QA data work in customer conversions.

Before that, Adam was with EAGLE6 from November 2017 to September 2020 as a Software Product Owner. There, they gathered requirements for the complete rewrite of the online land record software used by the majority of the County Clerk offices in the state of Kentucky.

Adam started their career as an intern at Lexmark from May 2017 to September 2017 as a UX Design Intern. After that, they were a Graphics Intern at UK Healthcare CECentral.com from October 2016 to May 2017. Their first internship was with Louisville Metro Government from May 2016 to August 2016 as an Information Technology Intern.
