Raymond Tan completed their B.Sc in Computer Science from Fudan University from 1989 to 1994. Raymond then pursued further studies at Duke University from 1994 to 1996, where they were enrolled in a Master's degree program in Computer Science. However, it is worth noting that they took leave from their Ph.D. studies during this time.
