John Barger

John Barger is responsible for strategy and oversight of ancillary programs and initiatives that provide direct benefit to Fogelman’s clients and investors. This includes revenue management, utility reimbursement and conservation programs, cable agreements, and premises liability. John also oversees insurance placement and administration for Fogelman investment assets. He earned his BBA and MS in Accounting from The University of Memphis. John has served as President of both the Tennessee Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis. He was also voted as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” business executives by the Memphis Business Journal.
