Kim Spehr

Kim Spehr has a strong background in property management, with experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Kim began their career at The Wothing Companies in 1993, where they served as an Area Director until 1998. In 2011, they joined Greystar as a Regional Property Manager and remained in this role until 2015.
