Daniel Rodas

Daniel Rodas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Daniel is currently working as a Cloud Engineer at Foghorn Consulting, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Infosys as an Azure Technology Lead from February 2018 to October 2021, where they were involved in various tasks such as authoring scripts and templates, configuring servers, and securing databases. Before joining Infosys, they worked as a Data Center Test Engineer at SYNNEX from 2017 to 2018, where they performed tests and automation for server configurations. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a System Engineer at TiliPay, where they developed a financial application and managed user experience workflows. Daniel also has experience as a Web Developer at StyleWorm.com from 2013 to 2014, where they developed and set up a fashion blog. Additionally, they worked as a Cloud Network Engineer and Full Stack Developer at MBTSR.com from 2012 to 2014, where they designed web pages and created a customer feedback system. Daniel started their career as a Software Developer at American Land Surveying, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, where they migrated a database into a web application and developed a web dashboard. Daniel also worked as IT Helpdesk and Customer Service at ITT Systems from 2008 to 2009, where they provided technical support and managed Active Directory accounts. Finally, they served as a Data Systems Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2008.

Daniel Rodas completed a Cisco Computer Networking Technology program at City College of San Francisco from 2011 to 2012, focusing on network engineering. Daniel then pursued an Associates of Arts degree in Web Design and New Media at the Academy of Art University from 2012 to 2016. In 2002 to 2003, they attended Frederick Community College, where they studied Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician without obtaining a degree.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the courses "Accessing Databases with Object-Oriented PHP" and "Docker: The Basics" at Lynda.com. In 2013, they achieved certifications in "WordPress: Creating Custom Widgets and Plugins with PHP" and "AJAX Crash Course" through lynda.com. Additionally, in 2013, they completed a course on "FuelPHP 1.6 Framework." Most recently, in 2017, they earned certifications in "C# Interfaces and Generics" and "C# Essential Training" through Lynda.com, demonstrating a diverse skill set in programming languages and frameworks.
