Sam Jordan

Sam Jordan is a skilled biochemist with extensive experience in protein interactions, assay development, and enzyme characterization. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Scientist at FogPharma since December 2022, Sam is involved in characterizing peptide/small molecule/protein interactions using techniques such as SPR, TR-FRET, and FP. Prior to this role, Sam held positions at Elevian, Inc. as a Research Associate II and Research Associate, where significant contributions included designing quantitative assays for rGDF11 activity and developing purification strategies for large-scale production. Sam began a career in research as a Research Scientist at Liberty BioSecurity, LLC, focusing on the identification and purification of novel enzymes. Sam holds a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
