Grace Liu

Grace Liu currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at OpenSpace, where the focus is on global expansion and leveraging advanced technology for construction efficiency. Previously, Grace held the position of Head of APAC at OpenSpace, utilizing innovative AI systems to enhance workflow in real-world job sites. Additional advising roles include Fohlio, Inc., which specializes in real estate specification and procurement software. Grace has experience as a Venture Partner at Redbadge Pacific and an Investor/Partner at Arrow Venture Partners LP, concentrating on proptech and urban technology investments. As the Founder and Managing Partner of GZ Real Estate Partners, Grace successfully managed over $5 billion in commercial real estate projects for Asian institutional clients. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance, Management Information Systems, and Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
