Nicolleta Gonçalves, CAMS-RM has a diverse work experience beginning in 2006 with a role as a Cashier/Customer Service at Loyola University. In 2011, they took on a Sales Associate role at Caterpillar Inc. where they greeted customers and processed payments. In 2012, they were an Intern at Alliant Credit Union, creating and writing promotional materials for various loans and designing posters and certificates for employee charities. In 2013, they were an Intern at Huate Africa | Empowering Entrepreneurs in Africa. In 2014, they were an International Sales Operations Coordinator at HYUNDAI WIA Machine America Corporation and a Fraud Analyst at viagogo, handling incoming calls from buyers and responding to inquiries. From 2015 to 2018, they were at LendingClub in roles as a BSA AML and Fraud Investigator, Email Support Representative, and Member Support Representative. In 2021, they were a Director, Risk and Compliance at Zoro Card, and in 2022 they are currently a Director Risk and Compliance at Fold.

Nicolleta Gonçalves, CAMS-RM obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations from Bradley University between 2010 and 2013. Nicolleta also attended Konkuk University in 2012 for Public Relations/Image Management, and Oakton College between 2008 and 2010, where they earned an Associate's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In addition, they hold a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) certification from ACAMS, obtained in May 2020, as well as a Chainalysis KYT Certificate (CKC) from Chainalysis Inc., also obtained in May 2020.
