María Fernanda Gómez

María Fernanda Gómez is the current Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Folder IT. Prior to this, they worked as a Therapeutic Accompaniment at Asociación Civil Cambio de Hábitos from February 2017 to May 2017.

Cambio de Hábitos is a professional health system that offers different therapeutical programmes and tools targeted to rehabilitation and/or addiction prevention. It provides housing facilities for people who are undergoing rehabilitation and social re insertion and also gives them tools that encourage them to do activities that are part of his/her life Project.

As a result, a healthy environment is built, one that prioritizes inner and interpersonal work, development of skills, attitudes and prosocial values, so as to encourage the creation of healthy social/family bonds and to accomplish social-working-academic re insertion and full self-sustenance. All this is possible because of the contribution of both, patients and the institution staff, to generate adequate spaces for support and companionship in this phase of the treatment process.

María Fernanda Gómez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Santa Fe. María also has an International Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Argentine Institute of Social Innovation. María has also completed a course in Selection of IT Profile from Capacitarte UBA.

They are on a team with Carolina Robson - QA Manager, César Sandrigo - VP & Project Manager & Solution Delivery, and Carlos Rivero - Business Manager. María Fernanda Gómez reports to Antonio Bertolino, CEO.
