Sana Waheed

Sana Waheed has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Sana is currently serving as the Head of Legal at Foleon, where they lead the company's legal strategy and provides legal solutions to support business growth. Sana collaborates closely with the executive leadership team and advises on legal matters and compliance. Their main responsibilities include contract management, negotiation, and maintaining contract templates and terms.

Prior to their current role, Sana worked as a Legal Consultant, providing high-quality legal research and drafting services to law firms and companies. Sana worked with clients such as Lightstream Technologies and Ironflow Technologies, drafting and vetting various agreements and contracts.

Sana has also held positions at Zones, LLC as a Contracts Attorney, where they managed the entire contract lifecycle process for IT products and services, and at SadaPay and Khan & Ali Associates as a Legal Associate and Legal Research Associate, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Sana gained experience as a Legal Associate at Legal Oracles, where they assisted partners in matters related to labor, commercial, and corporate sectors. Sana also worked as a Legal Trainee at Nishtar & Zafar, drafting writ petitions and conducting legal research.

Sana started their legal career as a Junior Associate at S & S Law Associates and interned at Research Society of International Law and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.

From 2019 to 2020, Sana attended Leiden University, where they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Civil and Commercial Law (Advanced Programme).

Between 2013 and 2016, Sana studied at the University of London, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in LLB (Hons), which is a qualifying law degree.

In the period of 2010 to 2013, Sana attended Tashkent International School and completed their International Baccalaureate.

Additionally, Sana acquired the Advocate District Court certification from the Islamabad Bar Council in November 2017.
