Tommy Shi is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Foley Hoag LLP since May 2023, Tommy Shi has also founded and leads the Tommy Shi Advisory Group LLC, providing business advisory services that emphasize DEI as a competitive advantage. Previously, Tommy Shi held the position of Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where the strategic delivery of diversity initiatives was a key focus. Tommy Shi's role as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Day Pitney LLP involved the development and implementation of an extensive DEI plan.
