Jessica H.

Jessica H. has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Jessica most recently worked as the Senior Director, Talent Business Partner at Littler since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Evil Geniuses, a subsidiary of PEAK6, for over six years. Before that, they held the position of Leader of Human Resources at Relativity from 2015 to 2017, and the role of VP of Talent at United Shore from 2013 to 2014. Jessica also has experience in human resources roles at Urban Science from 2011 to 2013 and at Citadel LLC from 2005 to 2011.

Jessica H. earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Western Michigan University from 1998 to 2002, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or specific field of study from there.
