Ketki Vahalia

Ketki Vahalia has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 1999, Vahalia worked as a Kernel Engineer at Stratus Technologies, where they were responsible for porting Virtual Operating Systems (VOS) from one platform to another and developing bootloader and support components.

In 2004, Vahalia joined United Technologies Research Center as a Research Engineer, leading a million-dollar project on Wireless Locks with NFC readers. They conducted design and quality reviews and prepared for product launch.

From 2006 to 2011, Vahalia worked at UTC Fire & Security as a Senior Application Engineer. They led the development of Intelligent Locking Systems (ILS) Release 2 product and ensured compliance with quality and business reviews.

In 2013, Vahalia became a Product Manager at Tyfone, Inc., where they were responsible for the development of digital banking and key security platform for financial transactions. They led the design of the security platform U4ia and the next-generation UX for digital banking.

In 2016, Vahalia joined TicketNetwork as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on reducing e-commerce fraud risk, improving operational efficiency, and practicing hands-on product development. In 2019, they became the Director of Product Management, leading other product managers and a cross-functional engineering team responsible for a suite of business operations products.

Currently, Vahalia holds the position of VP of Products at Foley, starting in 2020.

Ketki Vahalia has a strong education background in the field of technology and engineering. In 1993, they began their undergraduate studies at the University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Ketki successfully completed their degree in 1997.

Following their undergraduate studies, Ketki went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ketki enrolled in the program in 1998 and completed it in 1999.

In 2009, Ketki participated in a Certificate Program in System Design & Management at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This program provided their with specialized knowledge in the field and lasted for a year, concluding in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ketki has also obtained certifications to enhance their expertise. In August 2007, they completed the Systems Design and Management certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Ketki also obtained a certification in Pricing Strategy Explained from LinkedIn in August 2020.
