Jimmy de Santis

Jimmy De Santis has held various roles in customer experience and support, starting from their time as a Sales Advisor at Courtier Auto Laval in 2006 to their current position as Director of Customer Success & Support at Folks since December 2023. With a background in philosophy and business ethics from the University of Ottawa, Jimmy has also been a guest speaker at events focusing on customer service and customer experience improvement. Prior to their current role, Jimmy has built experience in roles such as Customer Experience Director at Workleap and Client Success Manager at ISAAC Instruments.
