Andrew Dorn has over 25 years of experience in sales, operations and business consulting. Andrew began their career in 1996 at Accenture as a Business Consultant. In 1999, they were hired by IPIX as the Regional Director of Operations and Sales, where they lead and managed 14 states in the Northwest and successfully built and created a team of over 50 area managers and videographers. In 2001, they joined Realtor.com as the Vice President of Sales & National Speaker, where they were directly responsible for hiring, developing, and leading highly successful sales teams that closed $10M+ annually and achieved Presidents Club multiple times. Andrew also spoke to audiences (of 50 to 3,000 people) of real estate agents, real estate brokers and loan officers which successfully drove sales of multiple products/solutions. Andrew also held the roles of Vice President of Sales, National Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Director - Real Estate. In 2023, they joined Follow Up Boss as Vice President.
Andrew Dorn completed their Bachelor's degree in Business - Finance at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Santa Barbara High School.
