James Miller

James Miller has extensive work experience in various industries starting from 2007. James began their career as a Board Operator and Producer for Cumulus Broadcasting and later worked for Christ Fellowship McKinney as a Student Ministries Associate. In 2014, they worked as a Private Tutor at Golden Apple Tutoring, gained web designing and marketing experience as a Media Coordinator for The Ockenga Institute, and managed inventory, fulfillment, purchase orders, invoicing, and shipping as an Operations Manager for ESPEROS. In 2017, James joined OutboundEngine as a Manager of Customer Success, where they developed enabling and education programs for all front-line positions, including sales, on-boarding, customer success, and customer retention. In 2021, they worked as a Vice President Operations for KnowledgeFlo Inc and TrainUp.com. In 2022, they became the Director of People Enablement for CommentSold and helped everyone do their best work. Lastly, in 2023, James joined Follow Up Boss as the Head of Training and Enablement.

James Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. James later pursued a Master's degree in Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in fields such as digital psychology, marketing, negotiation, and organizational learning and development from various institutions including LinkedIn, CXL Institute, and Yext.
