Ludmilla Alves

Ludmilla Alves has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Ludmilla began their career as a Customer Service Staff at a Cyber Cafe from June 2005 to February 2009. Ludmilla then interned as a Social Media/Copywriting intern at Casa de Comunicação from June 2011 to July 2012. Following that, they interned as a Graphic Design intern at ArcelorMittal from August 2012 to November 2012. From December 2012 to February 2014, Ludmilla worked as a UI Designer at resultate. Ludmilla then moved on to Wine.com.br as a UI Designer from May 2014 to January 2015. Shortly after, they worked as a UI Designer at Tesla Brasil from February 2015 to April 2015. Ludmilla then joined Folloze as a Design Consultant in October 2015. Ludmilla simultaneously held the role of Design Consultant at SpeakMeister from December 2015 to July 2016. Their most recent role was as a Design Consultant at ExpertPeople.com from June 2017 to February 2019.

Ludmilla Alves has a diverse education history in the field of design and user experience. Ludmilla began their education in 2009 at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. However, their studies were interrupted, and they did not complete the degree.

In 2015, Ludmilla enrolled in The Interaction Design Foundation, where they pursued a professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design. Ludmilla completed their studies in 2016 and obtained a certification in Mobile User Experience Design from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). Additionally, they obtained a certification in Mobile Information Architecture from Mergo User Experience in October 2015.

In 2017, Ludmilla further expanded their expertise by attending a professional education program at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they focused on Usability Engineering.

Most recently, Ludmilla attended Tera in 2021 for a Professional Education program in User Experience Design, earning a certification in the field. Ludmilla also obtained a certification in Hello Design Thinking from IDEO in May 2020 and a Certificate in Interaction Design from Nielsen Norman Group in June 2019.
