Amber Carter

Amber Carter has a strong background in the education sector, having worked in various roles for different school districts. Amber started their career as a Teacher in the Sacramento City Unified School District in 1998 and later became a Principal in the same district in 2015. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Principal for SCUSD. In 2019, they moved to the Stockton Unified School District where they served as a Principal until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of School Principal in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District.

Amber Carter completed a Bachelor's Degree in BA in Spanish at Loyola Marymount University from 1993 to 1997. Amber then pursued a Master's Degree in Education at National University from 1998 to 2001. Later on, they obtained their Administrative Credential from California State University-Sacramento between 2006 and 2008. In July 2017, they also obtained a Multiple Subject Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
