Zoubeir Oualalou is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in startup support, agro-food industry management, and commercial development. At Fondation MAScIR since October 2021, Zoubeir Oualalou has been involved in guiding startups from the lab stage to market readiness. Previously, during a tenure from September 2011 to October 2022 as Directeur général at Salétine, Zoubeir Oualalou managed an agro-food company, established a snacking production unit, ensured compliance with health standards, and oversaw a team of over 200 employees while negotiating major commercial contracts. Zoubeir Oualalou’s career also includes significant roles in commercial development at GFB and SGTech, where project management and client relations were key responsibilities. Zoubeir Oualalou holds a Master 2 (M2) in Management général from ESSEC Business School, achieved from 2020 to 2021.
