Gaëlla Bleuzen

Gaëlla Bleuzen currently serves as the Directrice d'EAM Le Hameau at Fondation Perce-Neige since October 2023. Prior to this role, Gaëlla was involved in the direction of multiple establishments at APAJH 41 for two months. From July 2008 to August 2023, experience included a Senior Consultant position at Synéa, specializing in the MédicoSocial sector with a focus on project management, team leadership, change support, training, coaching, and HR consulting. Gaëlla held various HR roles at Johnson & Johnson from 1999 to 2008, culminating as HR Business Partner for OCD LifeScan, overseeing a workforce of 350 and managing social relations. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in Human Resource Engineering and Professional Coaching from Université Paris, as well as a recent CAFDES from Institut du travail social in Tours.
