Ludovic Lambert

Ludovic Lambert currently serves as the Directeur at Fondation Perce-Neige since October 2021, overseeing the care of 26 residents supported by a multidisciplinary team. Prior to this role, Ludovic held various positions at Fondation l'Élan Retrouvé from September 2015 to October 2021, first as Adjoint de direction at the ESAT and previously as Assistant ressources humaines at the Association de l'Élan Retrouvé. Additional experience includes roles in production assistance at Ici et Là Productions and Nelka films, as well as a communication internship at MEDIA Desk France. Ludovic began their career in administrative roles at ESAT de l'Élan Retrouvé and Fnac from 2010 to 2010. Academically, Ludovic has obtained multiple degrees in law, including a CAFDES and two Master's degrees focusing on media law from Université Aix-en-Provence and Université de Strasbourg.
