Silvia Varani

Silvia Varani is an experienced HR manager at Fondazione ANT Italia Onlus since January 2001, where responsibilities include training and development management, research, recruiting, and coordination of health educational programs and psycho-social voluntary sector initiatives. Silvia also serves as the Psychology Unit Coordinator and psychotherapist. Prior to this role, Silvia worked at the University of Bologna’s Psychology Department from January 2002 to December 2011 as a psychotherapist and professor, and was involved in a Forensic Psychology Lab. Additionally, Silvia gained experience as a psychologist trainee at Bellaria-maggiore Hospital in the Functional Gastroenterology Lab from March 1997 to November 2000. Silvia's educational background includes a Health Psychology Post Graduate Specialization from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, a specialization course in neuro-psychology and forensic diagnosis from Università di Siena, and a University Degree in Psychology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
