Oscar Unanue

Oscar Unanue possesses extensive experience in financial inclusion and project management, currently serving as Subgerente de Inclusión Financiera and Subgerente de Productos at Fondo Esperanza since October 2016. In these roles, Oscar leads the development of commercial and social guidelines and enhances the implementation and promotion of credit and insurance products. Previous positions include consultant for strategic planning at OGUP & Asoc. Ingeniería Estructural and overseeing the PMO for the 2017 Census Program at the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas de Chile. Oscar has also held project leadership roles at BancoEstado, where responsibilities encompassed managing commercial campaigns and developing various banking platforms. Oscar holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
