Astrid Lommert

Astrid Lommert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Astrid is currently the Head of People & Culture at Fonky, where they lead the People & Culture team and focuses on establishing a strong employee journey and future-proof organizational design. Prior to this, they worked at T-Mobile Nederland as an Employee Experience Expert, where they developed strategies and optimized processes within the Employee Journey. Astrid collaborated with colleagues from different departments and advised business/management and HR colleagues and the director. Astrid also has experience working at bol.com, where they served as an Employee Engagement Specialist, analyzing employee data and providing recommendations to enhance employee engagement and well-being. Astrid worked on projects such as the onboarding program, engagement surveys, exit process, and organizing internal events. Additionally, at bol.com, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and project manager, ensuring smooth collaboration within a 12-member recruitment team and implementing a new referral method. Astrid also co-founded and served as a board member for an internal network platform for personal development and knowledge sharing at bol.com. Prior to their roles at bol.com, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist. Earlier in their career, Astrid worked as a Tutoring Teacher and Coach at BijlesAcademie and held Elementary School Teacher roles at Montessorischool Zuid and De Biezen.

Astrid Lommert pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2004, they attended Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and completed the Propedeuse Academie voor Beeldende Vorming, focusing on Art/Art Studies. From 2005 to 2009, they studied at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), earning a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Later on, in 2011, Astrid attended NCOI Opleidingen and completed a program in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie (Work and Organizational Psychology).
