Agnieszka Macala

Agnieszka Macala has over 12 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Agnieszka began their career in 2009 as a Team Member Star for a British restaurant chain. In 2013, they became a Client Services Coordinator for an international healthcare company. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Administrative Support Specialist for an international financial enterprise. Agnieszka then moved to an international IT sector company, where they held the roles of Recruitment Specialist, Administrative and HR Specialist, and Junior Administrative and HR Specialist. In 2018, they joined an international IT recruitment sector company as an IT Recruiter and also began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Nordic IT service provider and software house. Most recently, in 2022, they started as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Fonn.

Agnieszka Macala completed their Postgraduate Degree in HR Business Partner at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) from University of Wroclaw in 2009.
