Philip Beel

Philip Beel has extensive work experience in engineering and software development roles. Philip currently works at Fonoa as an Engineering Manager, where they lead cross-functional teams in building high-performing platforms and products. Prior to Fonoa, they were a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, responsible for defining technical vision and architecture for indirect tax applications.

Before joining Fonoa, Philip worked at Velo Payments as a Senior Frontend Engineer, contributing to the development of web applications using React and Google's Material Design. Philip owned the technical strategy for feature switching and analytics capabilities.

Philip also served as an Engineering Manager at YouView TV Limited, where they led the development of Setup, Settings, and Support capabilities for their Next Generation UI. Philip provided technical leadership and mentoring and promoted agile software development practices.
