Karen Villalba

Karen Villalba is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in residential marketing and design. Since May 2019, Karen has served as the Residential Marketing Director at Fontainebleau Development, previously holding the position of Residential Marketing Manager. Concurrently, Karen has been a Residential Marketing Manager at Turnberry Ocean Club Residences since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Designer at Roar Media and The Workshop Collective, an Art Director at Conway+Partners, and early career internships that provided a foundation in graphic design and marketing. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Art History from the Kansas City Art Institute, complemented by a high school diploma from Design & Architecture Senior High School.
