Joel Hermann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Starting in 2007 at Maryville University, they served as the President of Omicron Delta Kappa and later as the Residential Housing Association President. Joel then moved to Maryville University St. Louis in 2009 as a Graduate Assistant for Student Involvement & Athletics. In 2011, they joined Saint Louis University as a Graduate/Marketing Intern. Since 2012, they have been working at Fontbonne University, initially as the Assistant Director of Leadership Education & Student Activities, then as the Associate Director for the Center of Leadership and Community Engagement, followed by the Director of Orientation and Student Engagement role. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Leadership and Community Engagement at Fontbonne University.
Joel Hermann completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Student Personnel Administration from Saint Louis University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
