Paul McJarrow has extensive experience in scientific research and intellectual property management, currently serving as Senior Scientist at Fonterra's Ki Tua Fund since August 2024 and previously as Senior Scientist and Senior Research Scientist at Fonterra since July 2006. Paul has specialized in analytical methods, project management, clinical trials, human milk analysis, and intellectual property portfolio management. Prior roles include IP Manager, Research Scientist at Fonterra, and Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Scientist at the New Zealand Dairy Research Institute, focusing on galacto-oligosaccharides analysis. Earlier experience includes positions as a Laboratory Technician at Livestock Improvement Corporation and the University of Otago. Paul holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Otago, earned between 1994 and 1998.
