Stewart Couling

Stewart Couling is an experienced commercial manager and financial specialist with a robust background in the dairy and beverage industries. Since November 2011, Stewart has been with Fonterra, currently serving as Commercial Manager - Source & Supply, overseeing supply chain, procurement, and third-party manufacturing operations. Previously, Stewart held roles such as Finance Manager and Commercial Manager, contributing to financial performance planning and supporting lifestyle beverages, new product development, and global brand initiatives. Stewart's earlier experience includes significant roles at 42 Below Ltd and various finance positions at Empower Ltd and Fountainhead Investments Ltd, as well as a foundational role at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Stewart is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of Auckland.
