Lauren Rivera is an accomplished founder and project leader with a strong background in non-profit work and marketing. As the founder of Adopt-a-Doll since June 2019, Lauren has successfully created a non-profit that refurbishes and donates American Girl dolls to children in crisis situations. In addition, Lauren serves as a project lead and speaker for Food Allergy Research & Education, advocating for the food allergy community and spearheading awareness initiatives. Lauren has gained diverse marketing experience through internships at Modern Catholic Pilgrim, University Enterprises and Events, ROI Communication, and Carondelet High School. Currently pursuing a degree at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, Lauren demonstrates leadership and creativity in various roles, including leading programs for high school students at Notre Dame Vision.
