Melissa Mccarthy

Melissa McCarthy is a dedicated education professional with a diverse background in teaching, coordination, and tutoring. Currently serving as a Coordinator at the Food and Drug Law Institute since September 2023, Melissa previously worked as a Math Teacher for San Antonio Independent School District from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as City Year AmeriCorps from July 2021 to May 2022 and as a Coordinator at the Chicago Education Advocacy Cooperative in late 2021. Melissa's tenure at Lehigh University featured positions as a HAWKS Peer Mentor and Financial Services Lab Desk Attendant, alongside tutoring under-resourced students in various subjects through America Reads*America Counts from 2017 to 2020. Other experiences include internships and staff roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Westhook Capital.
