Jennifer Amoakowaa Atuahene

Jennifer Amoakowaa Atuahene has a strong background in food science and technology, holding both a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) and a Master of Philosophy (MPHIL) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Currently serving as a Regulatory Officer at the Food and Drugs Authority in Ghana since October 2022, Jennifer also gained experience as a Graduate Trainee at Nestlé R&D Center for Sub-Saharan Africa from February 2022 to October 2022. In addition to professional work, Jennifer is furthering skills in data analytics through a student program at the African Leadership Group. Prior teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in the Food Science and Technology Department at Kwame Nkrumah University adds to a diverse and impactful career in the food science sector.
