Gonzalo Guardiola

Gonzalo Guardiola is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef de Partie at Skyline Enterprises since September 2017. Gonzalo has also held roles as Encargado de cocina and Cocinero at Rock'n Feller's since 2015 and 2012, respectively, with responsibilities in kitchen operations, food preparation, and production. In addition, Gonzalo has worked as a Sommelier, overseeing the wine cellar, staff training, and customer service. Previous experience includes administrative and operational roles at Nuevo Transporte S.R.L. and event catering as a Cocinero at Hotel Portal del Este. Gonzalo's education spans various gastronomy and management programs, including degrees in pastelería, sommelier, and culinary arts from esteemed institutions such as Gato Dumas and Instituto Superior en Ciencias Empresariales. Currently, Gonzalo is pursuing studies in gastronomic management at Gato Dumas.
