Oonagh Breen

Oonagh Breen is currently an International Advisory Council Member and Chair at the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL). Oonagh is also a Board Member at the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority and a Professor of Law at UCD Sutherland School of Law. Additionally, Oonagh has served as the President and President Elect at the International Society for Third-Sector Research and as the Chair of the Independent Review of Charity Regulation in Northern Ireland. Oonagh Breen previously held positions as Head of Alumni and Career Development at Sutherland School of Law, UCD, and Senior Lecturer in Law at University College Dublin. Oonagh holds a Bachelor of Civil Law, LLM, and Doctorate in the Science of Law from various institutions.
