Ligia Kiss is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Food for Thought since July 2015, Ligia previously held positions including Assistant Pastry Chef at Trump International Hotel and Tower, where contributions helped achieve the prestigious Forbes Five-Star Rating, Two-Stars Michelin Guide, and AAA Five-Diamond Award in 2014. Ligia's background also includes managing pastry departments at Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro and Coco Pazzo, alongside a foundational role at Fager's Island Ltd. A graduate of The French Pastry School and The Culinary Institute of America, Ligia holds a degree in Economic Engineering from Universitatea din Oradea, specializing in textile and leather manufacturing.
