Seoyoon Kim

Co-founder And Executive Board Member at Food Recovery Network

Seoyoon Kim is a dedicated Community Bridges Research Fellow at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research, with additional roles as a Training Program Participant for the Rice Undergraduate Investment Fund and Associate Consultant with ACT Rice's Analytics Team. Seoyoon co-founded and serves as an Executive Board Member for the Food Recovery Network's Rice University chapter, a national nonprofit organization. Previous experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Professor Euijune Kim's Spatial Economics Lab at Seoul National University and as a Research Analyst for the Sustainability & Impact Division at YOUTH IMPACT. Seoyoon is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Research and Economics at Rice University, having graduated from Branksome Hall Asia and participated in the Wharton Global Youth Program.
