Michael Sobers

Michael Sobers has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Michael started their career as a Production Superintendent at Everseal Manufacturing Corporation, where they were responsible for the daily activities associated with the production of water and solvent-based coatings. Michael then worked as a Technical Marketing Representative at JM Huber Corporation. After that, they served as a Production Manager at Crompton & Knowles Corporation, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations in a manufacturing facility.

Later, Sobers worked as a Plant Manager at CCP Inc, where they oversaw a project consisting of brick and mortar and equipment. Michael then became the Senior Director of Operations at Sara Lee Corporation, where they had total responsibility for the overall management of multiple coffee manufacturing, packaging, and distribution facilities.

Michael worked as the Vice President of Operations at Vigo Industries, where they implemented operational controls and KPIs that led to improved process designs and lower unit costs. Subsequently, they worked as the Director of Operations at Tribeca Oven, where they had total responsibility for the overall plant and operational management of the company.

Currently, Sobers holds the position of VP of Operations at Food Sciences Corporation.

Michael Sobers attended the NY Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Additionally, they studied Economics as a major and Chemistry as a minor at the New York Institute of Technology.
